New Patio - Before. Complex challenge with an existing grade sloping towards the home.

New Patio - After. Solution to sloping grade was to slope slab towards the center and install a custom drain that allows water to discharge on the side of the home. Used 3 inch insulated roof panels for noise reduction and cooling efficiency.

Tornado Damage - Before. The tree fell on home causing structural damage and obvious roof leak.

Tornado Damage -After. After working with the home owner and insurance company, DSI was able to repair all structural damage and install a new roof on time and within budget.
